Dumplings with Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 2 glasses
  • Milk - ½ glasses
  • Water - 0,3 glasses
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Potato - 1½ kg
  • Ground Black Pepper - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, place them in a pot to boil, and add salt.

Step 2

While the potatoes are boiling, we start preparing the dough. To do this, pour the flour into a bowl. Then, in a glass, mix the egg, milk, water, and salt.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into the flour, knead the dough, and add the oil. Cover the prepared dough with a cloth and let it rest for 40 minutes.

Step 4

Mash the potatoes, adding salt and pepper to taste. You can also add dill. Let the potatoes cool.

Step 5

Roll out the dough and cut it into pieces.

Step 6

Take the potatoes and make dumplings.

Step 7

Place a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil.

Step 8

When the water comes to a boil, add the prepared dumplings. Serve with sour cream.
