Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 3 cups
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Boiling water - 1 cup
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
Step by Step guide

Sift the flour.

Crack the egg.
Step 3
Mash the egg with the flour using a fork.
Step 4
Add half a teaspoon of salt.

Gradually pour in the boiling water.

Start kneading the dough immediately. While it's hot, use a fork, then switch to your hands.

During the kneading process, gradually add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

When the dough becomes smooth and elastic, cover it with plastic wrap or a towel and let it rest for half an hour at room temperature.

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, adding the bay leaf and peppercorns.

Add butter to the potato mixture and mash until smooth.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out circles of the desired diameter using a glass or cup.
