  • Boiling water - 1 cup
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
  • Bay leaf - to taste
  • Green peppercorns - to taste
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Sour Cream - to taste
  • Onion - 1 head

Sift the flour.
