Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Potato protein - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Morels - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 1 head
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough: mix the flour with the starch, add the eggs, and water as needed. Knead well. Place in a cool place for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Now it's time to prepare the filling. Boil the potatoes. Sauté the mushrooms. Mash the potatoes and mix with the mushrooms. Add finely chopped green onions.
Step 3
Roll out the dough and cut out circles with a glass. These will be the bases for the dumplings.
Step 4
Place the filling on the dough circle and tightly pinch the edges to prevent the filling from spilling out.
