Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - 1½ tablespoons
  • Water - 7 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Radish - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Sour Cream - 10.6 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the dough. Pour the flour onto the table in a mound and make a well in the center.

Step 2

Pour salted water into the well, add the eggs and oil.

Step 3

Mix, gradually incorporating the flour from the edges to the center until a stiff dough forms.

Step 4

Continue kneading the dough until it becomes smooth.

Step 5

Prepare the filling. Peel the radish, wash it thoroughly with cold water, then grate it on a coarse grater.

Step 6

Peel the onion, wash it, and finely chop it.

Step 7

Combine it with the radish, add sour cream, salt, pepper, and mix everything thoroughly.

Step 8

Roll out the dough into a thin layer.

Step 9

Use a glass to cut circles from the dough.

Step 10

Place a teaspoon of filling on one half of the circle, fold the circle in half, and pinch the edges.

Step 11

Place the finished dumplings on a floured cutting board and put them in the freezer.
