Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Water - 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Safflower Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - to taste
- Sauerkraut - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough: Crack 1 egg into a cup, add half a teaspoon of salt, and fill the cup with water to the brim. Pour into a bowl and beat with a mixer. Add a few drops of sunflower oil and about 500 g of flour, knead until the desired consistency is achieved. Let the dough rest for half an hour in a plastic bag.
Step 2
Finely chop the sauerkraut.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a large sheet and cut out circles using a glass.
Step 4
Shape the dumplings with the filling as shown in the photo in the form of diamonds, pinching the edges with your hands on both sides. (This is tastier than the usual shape).
Step 5
Place in the freezer overnight.
