- Lamb - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dried Rosemary - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 2 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine the flour, egg, water, and a pinch of salt. Knead into a firm dough and wrap it in plastic wrap, then let it rest for 15–20 minutes.
Step 2
Pass the meat and onion through a meat grinder twice, then season with salt.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 mm and cut it into 2x2 cm squares.
Step 4
Place a small amount of filling in each square, pinch together two opposite corners, and then bring the other two corners together. You should end up with small dumplings.
Step 5
Bring the broth to a boil and add all the dumplings. Once the dumplings float to the top, add the mint.
