- Mayonnaise - 4.1 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 2 teaspoons
- Sesame Oil - ½ teaspoon
- Romaine lettuce - 17.6 oz
- Scallions - 5 stalks
- Carrot - 8.8 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 8.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Poultry - 6 pieces
- Chopped almonds - to taste
- Udon Noodles - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken and hard-boil the eggs.
Step 2
Prepare the dressing for the salad. In a small bowl, mix honey, rice vinegar, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and sesame oil. Set aside.
