- Lean Beef - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Herbs - to taste
- 9% Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Spices - to taste
- Cilantro - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In heated oil, sauté the ground beef, then add the onion. Sauté for a bit.
Step 2
Add the tomato paste and sauté for a little longer.
Step 3
Add the julienned carrots, salt, cilantro, salad seasoning, pepper, vinegar, and cook the carrots until al dente.
Step 4
Turn off the heat, add the julienned cucumbers, garlic, herbs, and cover. Let it sit for 15–20 minutes.
