- Chicken bones - 9 pieces
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Chili Flakes - ½ teaspoon
- Leek - 0 oz
- Chicken Seasoning - 1½ teaspoons
- Red Curry Powder - 1½ teaspoons
- Salt - to taste

Crush the garlic.

In a deep heated skillet, pour in the oil and add the chili flakes.

Sauté the garlic on all sides, then remove it.
Step 4
Place the chicken legs in the fragrant oil.
Step 5
Add the chicken seasoning.

After 4 minutes, flip the chicken legs.
Step 7
Season with curry.
Step 8
Slice the leek into thick rings (about 1.5–2 cm).
Step 9
When the chicken is browned on all sides, reduce the heat.
Step 10
Add the leek to the chicken.
Step 11
Season with chili and salt, and mix well.
Step 12
Cover with a lid and cook for another 7 minutes.
