- Chicken bones - 9 pieces
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Chili Flakes - ½ teaspoon
- Leek - 2.1 oz
- Chicken Seasoning - 1½ teaspoons
- Red Curry Powder - 1½ teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
