Description
This dish is very easy to prepare and enjoy. A low-fat variation of zucchini fritters. Enjoy your meal :)
Ingredients
- Courgette - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - a pinch
- Spices - to taste
- Oat flakes - ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini on a fine grater and squeeze out the excess moisture. You should get a fairly thick zucchini puree.
Step 2
Add 2 eggs to the zucchini, along with salt and spices, plus the garlic passed through a press and the oat flakes with bran.
Step 3
Mix the entire mass well. It should turn into a semi-liquid mixture.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place the mixture into the dish and put it in the oven preheated to 392°F.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes to achieve a golden crust.
Step 6
Serve with 15% sour cream, matzun, or yogurt.
