Description
You can use frozen or dried yuba sheets. Edamame can be frozen or fresh.
Ingredients
- Sesame Oil - 6 tablespoons
- Minced garlic - 4 teaspoons
- Grated Ginger Root - 4 teaspoons
- Shallot - 6 pieces
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Peanut Sprouts - 8.8 oz
- Edamame Beans - 1 cup
- Black Bean Paste - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and half of the shallots; sauté until fragrant for about 30 seconds.
Step 2
Add the yuba sheets cut into strips of 1—1.5 cm, edamame, and black bean paste, and simmer for about 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the soy sauce and 60 ml of water; simmer, stirring, until almost all the liquid has evaporated, about 30 seconds.
Step 4
Divide onto 2 plates and garnish with the remaining shallots.
