Step 1
Boil the eggs hard and place them in cold water to cool.
Step 2
Place the green beans in boiling water for 3–5 minutes, then drain the water and transfer the beans to a colander.
Step 3
Sauté the cooked beans in butter in a skillet for 5 minutes.
Step 4
In a salad bowl, combine the sautéed beans, chopped eggs, press in the garlic clove (or two, to taste), season with salt, add mayonnaise, and mix well.
