Egg noodles stir-fried with pork

Ingredients

  • Egg noodles for wok - 5.3 oz
  • Pork Blood - 10.6 oz
  • Spanish onions - 2 pieces
  • Sweet Pepper - ½ pieces
  • White Cabbage - 3.5 oz
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
  • Chinese Five Spice - 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster Mushrooms - 2 spoons
  • Vinegar essence - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame Oil - 2 spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the egg noodles, drain them in a colander, and rinse with cold water (see the cooking instructions for your noodles).

Step 2

Prepare all the ingredients for the wok: julienne the carrot, shred the cabbage, and slice the bell pepper and onion into half-moons. Mince the ginger and garlic with a knife. Cut the pork into thin slices. Place the wok over high heat and add the oil. It's important to note that while cooking this dish, the ingredients need to be stirred constantly.

Step 3

Instructions: Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute, then add the carrot and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Next, add the red onion, stir, then add the cabbage and mix again. Add the bell pepper. Stir and sauté everything for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Remove this basic "set" onto a plate. Add the meat slices to the wok and stir-fry on both sides for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Then we add our basic "set": soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar (drinking vinegar), and spices (for stir-fry or "five spice"). Mix everything thoroughly and fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Step 6

Then add the noodles and sesame oil, gently stirring, and sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
