Egg Noodles with Bacon
Ingredients
- Egg noodles for wok - 5.3 oz
- Bacon - 2.8 oz
- Marinated cherries - 7 pieces
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the bacon into small pieces.
Step 2
Place the bacon in a dry, heated skillet. Fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add pepper.
Step 4
Add chili.
Step 5
Boil water for the noodles. Add salt and oil.
Step 6
Add the noodles, reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters, add salt.
Step 8
Add the cherry tomatoes to the bacon and reduce the heat. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
Step 9
Drain the water from the noodles.
Step 10
Add mayonnaise and mix.
Step 11
Transfer the noodles to a bowl. Add the prepared topping and serve.
