- Egg noodles - 7.1 oz
- Broccoli - 7.1 oz
- Green Beans - 7.1 oz
- Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Fresh Ginger - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame Seeds - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the egg noodles in boiling water until al dente according to the package instructions (about four minutes). Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water; if they are ready just as the vegetables are done, add them directly to the wok.
Step 2
In the wok, lightly sauté the grated ginger and garlic in a small amount of oil.
Step 3
Then add the broccoli, sliced mushrooms (if using dried Chinese mushrooms, soak them according to the instructions), and green beans.
Step 4
When the vegetables are ready, add the egg noodles and soy sauce, and simmer for a couple of minutes, stirring 2-3 times during the process.
Step 5
Taste for saltiness (add more soy sauce if necessary), then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
