Description

  • Egg noodles for wok - 7.1 oz
  • Chicken fillet - 5.3 oz
  • White Cabbage - 5.3 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
  • Soy Sauce - 6 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • White Pepper (whole) - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the egg noodles in slightly salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Step 2

Sauté the diced chicken fillet in a skillet.

Step 3

Shred the cabbage, dice the mushrooms, add them to the chicken, and sauté, stirring, for 3 minutes. Pour in the soy sauce, cover with a lid, and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Add the rinsed noodles to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until ready.
