Ingredients

  • Egg noodles for wok - 7.1 oz
  • Seafood cocktail - 21.2 oz
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
  • Dill - 1 tablespoon
  • Scallions - 2 stalks
  • Thyme - 4 sprigs
  • Soy Sauce - 5 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the egg noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Step 2

Rinse the seafood and pat dry.

Step 3

Sauté the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil over high heat for 2 minutes, then add the finely chopped tomatoes and cook for another 3 minutes.

Step 4

Transfer the vegetables to a plate, leaving the oil in the pan, add the seafood, and sauté for 2 minutes over high heat. Then add the sautéed vegetables, soy sauce, finely chopped herbs, and thyme sprigs. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 7 minutes over low heat.

Step 5

Afterward, let it sit covered for another 5 minutes off the heat.

Step 6

Place the egg noodles on a plate, making a small indentation in the center, and carefully arrange the seafood in it.
