  • Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Finely chop the celery, red onion, and parsley.

Boil the eggs hard, peel them, and chop roughly.

Step 3
