  • Radish - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the boiled eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, diced celery, shallot, and parsley.

Step 2

Using your hands, break the eggs between your fingers, mixing the contents of the bowl until a homogeneous consistency is achieved; alternatively, crush the eggs and mix with the ingredients using a sturdy spatula.
