- Egg white - 4 pieces
- Whole egg - 4 pieces
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- 10% cream - 8 fl oz
- Irish Whiskey - 3 fl oz
- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1.9 oz

Prepare the ingredients.

Beat the egg yolks with sugar until a pale foam forms and the sugar is fully dissolved.

In a pot, combine milk and cream.

Add vanilla and nutmeg.

Add the egg yolk mixture and whisk quickly.

Place it back on low heat, stirring constantly, and heat until it reaches 158°F, then remove from heat.

Add whiskey to the warm mixture, let it cool, and refrigerate until fully chilled.

Whisk the egg whites with sugar until soft peaks form.

Fold them into the chilled egg mixture.
