Ingredients
- Eggplants - 2 pieces

- Onion - 1 head

- Courgette - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Thyme - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the eggplants and cut them into strips. Mix with salt, drizzle with lemon juice, and let sit for 15 minutes. Then fry in olive oil and place on parchment paper.
