Description
This recipe is very simple. It's the same as zucchini or pumpkin fritters, but made with eggplant. Yes, it's unexpected, but very tasty. Instead of potatoes, you can add more onions or, conversely, remove the onion and keep just the potatoes. Bell peppers or carrots are also possible. The main thing is not to be afraid to experiment.
Ingredients
- Eggplants - 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - to taste
