- Tomato Paste - 5.3 oz
- Eggplants - 10.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Mozzarella Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 0.4 oz
- Basil - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the eggplants, slice them, and sprinkle with salt.
Step 2
Let them sit for a few minutes to allow the juice to drain.
Step 3
Fry them in oil and place on a paper towel.
