  • Tomato Paste - 5.3 oz
  • Eggplants - 10.6 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 0.5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Mozzarella Cheese - 2.1 oz
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 0.4 oz
  • Basil - 0.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the eggplants, slice them, and sprinkle with salt.

Step 2

Let them sit for a few minutes to allow the juice to drain.

Step 3

Fry them in oil and place on a paper towel.

Step 4

Evenly spread the tomato paste on a baking sheet, then layer the eggplants, mozzarella, sprinkle with grated parmesan, chopped basil, and dried oregano, repeating for three layers.

Step 5

Bake in the oven at 392°F for 15 minutes.

Step 6

Cool and cut into portions.
