- Eggplants - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz

- Onion - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grind the eggplants through a meat grinder, add salt, and let sit for 30 minutes to drain the excess juice. Season with pepper, add the egg and flour. Mix well. Fry in vegetable oil. If the mixture is too runny, use a spoon to scoop it out.
Step 2
For the sauce, slice the onion and bell pepper into half-rings, and grate the carrot and tomatoes. Sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Place the patties in a wide, deep plate and top with the sauce.
