- Eggplants - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Spanish onions - ½ heads

- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Basil - 1 bunch
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour a little olive oil into the skillet and place it over the heat.

Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise, score the flesh, and season with salt and pepper.
