  • Sour Cream - 2.8 oz
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Herbs - 0.7 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.4 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the eggplants, pour boiling water over them, and cut into slices.

Step 2

Coat in flour with salt and fry until cooked through.

Step 3

Place the cooked eggplants on a plate and sprinkle with chopped garlic.

Step 4

In the empty skillet, add sour cream and tomato paste. Simmer on low heat, stirring constantly.

Step 5

Drizzle the sauce over the eggplants and serve.
