- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the eggplants, pour boiling water over them, and cut into slices.

Coat in flour with salt and fry until cooked through.
Step 3
Place the cooked eggplants on a plate and sprinkle with chopped garlic.
Step 4
In the empty skillet, add sour cream and tomato paste. Simmer on low heat, stirring constantly.
