  • Sour Cream - 1 can
  • Herbs - 1 bunch
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the eggplants, rinse them, slice them, place in hot salted water for 5 minutes, then drain in a colander, let the water drain, coat in flour, and fry.

Step 2

After that, place the eggplants in a pot, pour in the sour cream, and stew for 30–40 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with parsley or dill.
