- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Lancashire cheese - 3.9 oz
- Canned White Asparagus - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Chives - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the asparagus in a steamer (3 minutes).
Step 2
Place in a dish and sprinkle with half of the cheese (55 g).
Step 3
Gently crack the eggs on top, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 4
Add pieces of butter and bake in the center of the oven for 15 minutes at 356°F.
Step 5
