  • Spanish onions - 1 head
  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Dill - 2 tablespoons
  • Parsley - 1.4 oz
  • Ground Cumin - ½ teaspoon
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1 teaspoon

Prepare all the ingredients.
