- Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
- White fish - 2 lbs
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the white fish fillet and mix it with eggs, flour, sugar, finely chopped onion, and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Knead well by hand until the mixture is firm yet light. Refrigerate for one hour.
Step 2
Form small patties and coat them in breadcrumbs. Fry the patties in hot vegetable oil for 7 minutes on each side.
