Ingredients
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Eggplants - 1 piece
- Seafood cocktail - 8.8 oz
- Red Caviar - 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Orange zest - 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the eggplant and cut it into small pieces. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, lightly salt.
Step 2
Place on a serving dish as the first layer.
Step 3
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and chop finely. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning, and mix.
Step 4
Layer the avocado pieces on top of the eggplant.
Step 5
Peel the shrimp and remove the digestive tract (located on the back). Sauté the seafood in a pan with butter for just 1-2 minutes over high heat. Salt to taste.
Step 6
Place the seafood and caviar on top of the avocado.
Step 7
In the same pan, heat the butter, pour in the juice of 1 orange, add salt, sugar, and chili pepper. Heat while stirring over high heat until thickened.
Step 8
The salad is ready; drizzle with the sauce and enjoy the flavor.
