Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Fettuccine Pasta - 8.8 oz
- Cream 22% - 7 fl oz
- Champignons - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
- Dried Rosemary - a pinch
- Ground Dried Garlic - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add the farfalle to boiling salted water and cook until al dente. I use Barilla pasta.
Step 2
Heat olive or sunflower oil in a large deep skillet, cut the chicken fillet into cubes, and sauté over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 3
Slice the mushrooms and onion, then sauté them in a separate pan until cooked through, making sure the onion doesn't burn.
Step 4
In a deep skillet, combine the sautéed onions, mushrooms, and chicken. Sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the cream, add salt, pepper, dried garlic, oregano, and basil.
Step 6
Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Step 7
Add the cooked farfalle to the sauce, turn off the heat, and mix thoroughly.
Step 8
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
