Farfalle with Pork in Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pork Blood - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 10.6 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 4 pieces
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into strips and fry in vegetable oil. Finely chop the onion and slice the champignon mushrooms. Sauté the onion and mushrooms, add sour cream, salt, and pepper, and simmer for about 2–3 minutes. Then add the fried pork and simmer for another 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Cook the farfalle pasta.
Step 3
On a heated plate, place the pasta, and on top, in the center, mound the pork with mushrooms.
