- Onion - 1 head
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dried tarragon - 1 teaspoon
- Farfalle Pasta - 8.1 oz
- Broccoli florets - 4 pieces

Cut the onion into 8 pieces. Cut each piece into 12 mm chunks.

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and sauté for 10 minutes until the onion is browned.

Add the tarragon and 1 cup of water, cook for 5-7 minutes until the liquid evaporates.
