Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 17.6 oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Thyme - 3 sprigs
- Tarragon - 0.4 oz
- Marinated cherries - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Sweet Red Onion - 1 head
- Dried pollock roe - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large amount of salted water until al dente.
Step 2
In olive oil, sauté finely chopped sweet onion and garlic until soft, but not losing their original flavor. Add halved cherry tomatoes, gently simmering them until slightly softened, but still holding their shape.
Step 3
Add a pinch of ground black pepper, a pinch of thyme leaves, finely chopped parsley, and tarragon leaves, a little salt, and a bit of sugar to enhance the sweetness of the tomatoes. Mix everything with the farfalle and sprinkle with grated dried roe.
