Ingredients
- Yellow Beets - 3 pieces
- Celery salt - 3 stalks
- Iceberg Lettuce - 3.5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the beets or buy pre-cooked ones from the store.
Step 2
Cut the beets into large cubes.
Step 3
Chop the 3 stalks of celery into pieces about 3-4 millimeters long.
Step 4
Tear the lettuce into pieces, preferably iceberg, as it is juicier in my opinion.
Step 5
Add salt, squeeze about a teaspoon of lemon juice into the salad. Mix well.
