Description

The main Brazilian dish, much like Cuban borscht or Uzbek plov, is both a everyday meal and a festive feast, a blend of the ordinary and the ritual, a strict code and endless freedom. At its core is roasted pork with beans and rice, surrounded by a legion of possible stories.
