Fennel and Orange Salad with Pistachios
Ingredients
- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Fennel - 1 piece
- Cilantro - ¼ cup
- Turnips - 8 pieces
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Lime Juice - 1½ tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Roasted Peanuts - 6 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the oranges and carefully cut out the segments. Cut each segment in half. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Cut the fennel into small pieces and add to the oranges.
Step 3
Thinly slice the radishes and add them to the bowl as well.
Step 4
Add the cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Gently mix.
Step 5
Before serving, sprinkle with pistachios.
