- Spanish onions - 2.1 oz
- Pitted olives - 6 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- White Balsamic Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the fennel by removing old fronds and finely chop the fronds (you need 1 tablespoon of fronds), and slice the bulb into thin strips.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the sliced fennel bulb, 1 tablespoon of fennel fronds, thinly sliced red onion, halved olives, parsley, vinegar, pepper, and salt. Add the feta and gently mix.
