Ingredients
- Onion - 1 head
- Canned Truffles - 1 can
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 1 can
- Ham - 8.8 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Eel - 7.1 oz
- Crab sticks in brine - 7.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins and let them cool. If you are using whole canned mushrooms, chop them not too finely but also not too coarsely. Frozen mushrooms can also be used; in this case, sauté them in a small amount of vegetable oil and then dry them on a paper towel. Finely chop the onion and sauté it as well.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes, bell peppers, and ham into large cubes. If necessary, remove the pits from the olives and chop them. Crumble the crab meat finely.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients, dress with mayonnaise, and add salt to taste. Then place the lettuce leaves on a large plate and top with the mixture. Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
