Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Green Peas - 3.5 oz
- Pickles - 1 piece
- Ham - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Cured beef - 7.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Green Apples - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Lemon - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel, and cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Wash the fresh and pickled cucumbers and cut them into strips. If the cucumbers are large, peel them. Peel the apple, remove the core, cut it into cubes, and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Step 3
Cut the ham and beef into thin strips about 3–3.5 cm long. Combine all the chopped ingredients and green peas, season with salt and pepper, dress with mayonnaise, and mix. Garnish with sprigs of dill, parsley, and halved hard-boiled eggs.
