  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Green Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Basil - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Dry Champagne - 1 fl oz
  • Brie cheese - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Toast the nuts in a dry skillet.

Step 2

Peel the grapefruit and remove the membranes. Combine the flesh with the avocado flesh, add champagne, and let it sit for a while.

Step 3

Add basil and lettuce leaves to the mixture. Arrange the mixture on plates. Slice the cheese thinly and place it on top of the salad.

Step 4
