Description

The salad can be assembled using a pastry ring or any transparent dish to showcase the layers of filling.

Ingredients

  • Lightly Salted Red Fish - 10.6 oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Chinese green beans - 3.5 oz
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - to taste
  • Parsley - to taste

Wash the potatoes and carrot thoroughly and boil them.

When the water boils, add salt.
