Ingredients
- Feta cheese - 5 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 5 oz
- Mint - 3 sprigs
- Olive Oil - 3 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.

Place the feta (or brine cheese) into the blender.
Step 3
Add Greek yogurt to the blender.
Step 4
Add the garlic to the blender as well.
Step 5
Add olive oil.
Step 6
Remove the leaves from the mint sprigs and add them to the blender.
Step 7
Blend the sauce with a blender until it reaches a paste-like consistency.
Step 8
Taste the dressing and add salt and pepper to your liking.
Step 9
Serve the dressing with a fresh cucumber salad and any crunchy salad leaves, such as iceberg or romaine.
Step 10
Pour any leftover feta dressing into a jar and store it in the refrigerator for no more than one day.
