  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 5 pieces
  • Feta cheese - 5 oz
  • Microgreens - to taste
  • Spanish onions - 0 oz
  • Cucumbers - 5 oz
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Herbes de Provence - ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Ocean salt - to taste
