  • Microgreens - to taste

  • Cucumbers - 4.6 oz
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Herbes de Provence - ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Ocean salt - to taste
