- Safflower Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Feta cheese - ¼ cup
- Red Wine Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

In a blender, combine sunflower oil, olive oil, feta, and both vinegars. Blend until smooth.

Then add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend lightly again.
