Ingredients
- Fettuccine Pasta - 6 oz
- Scallops - 2 pieces
- King Prawns - 5 pieces
- Fish Oil - 3 fl oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 1.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Basil - 0.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut half of the basil into thin strips.
Step 2
Season the scallops and prawns with salt and pepper, and place them in a skillet with heated olive oil. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the fish stock, cooked pasta, and halved olives to the skillet. Heat for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Finally, add the finely chopped basil, mix well, and remove the skillet from the heat.
Step 5
Garnish the dish with a sprig of basil.
