Fettuccine Carbonara
Ingredients
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bacon - 7.1 oz
- Dry White Wine - 2 fl oz
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Fettuccine Pasta - 8.8 oz
- Prosciutto - 3.5 oz
- 10% cream - 2 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Parsley - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the finely chopped onion in olive oil.
Step 2
Finely chop the bacon and prosciutto, and add them to the pan with the onion.
Step 3
Pour in the dry white wine and cook for another 5 minutes without covering.
Step 4
In a separate pot, mix the cream and milk, heat it up, and add the yolk.
Step 5
Add the resulting mixture to the pan with bacon and prosciutto.
Step 6
Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Then add the grated cheese and parsley.
Step 7
Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions.
Step 8
Drain the pasta in a colander and let the water drain off.
Step 9
Before serving, drizzle the pasta with the sauce. Optionally, you can sprinkle with grated cheese and black pepper.
