- Heavy cream - 4 cups

- Fettuccine Pasta - 17.6 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring the cream to a boil and, reducing the heat, simmer until the liquid is reduced by half, about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Cook the pasta al dente in salted boiling water, about 8 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the water and immediately add the pasta to the pot with the cream. Add the butter, sprinkle with cheese, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Serve on plates and garnish with additional cheese.
