Fettuccine Pasta with Gelato

Ingredients

  • Fettuccine Pasta - 3.5 oz
  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Sugar - 1.1 oz
  • Bananas - 1.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ice Cream - 0.9 oz
  • Strawberry Sorbet - 0.9 oz
  • Fresh Basil - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the pasta for 7 minutes until al dente.

Step 2

Peel the banana and slice it into rounds. Add butter and sugar to the skillet to caramelize the bananas.

Step 3

Add the cooked pasta and a little of the pasta cooking water (1–2 tablespoons) to the bananas. Add a pinch of salt.

Step 4

Transfer the pasta with bananas to a deep plate, top with a scoop of ice cream and sorbet. Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil.
